Integrity is the cornerstone of all my actions.
2. OBJECTIVITY
I maintain an open, objective environment that is non-threatening and non-intimidating where the team can focus on the facts in any given situation. I insist on intellectual honesty.
3. RESULTS
I set high standards and achieve results through initiative, decisive action, flexibility, teamwork and perseverance. My success is measured by the value I add, and I accept that even though effort is necessary and expected, I am rewarded only through performance and results.
4. ACCOUNTABILITY
I recognize ambiguity and differing points of view in a decision-making process, but also accept that individual leadership, responsibility and accountability are critically necessary for crisp decisions. After our views are heard and a decision is made, I accept it as my own and support it vigorously.
5. PLANNING
I recognize the importance of thorough planning but believe that systematic feedback is essential to quality execution. I am willing to aggressively change any plan when specific feedback dictates it. I view failed plans as learning experiences and keep my focus on the future.
6. COMMITMENT
I treat all commitments seriously, whether I make them or receive them.
7. RESPONSIVENESS
I am responsive to any request and fully understand that an affirmative response requires a due date and a non-affirmative response requires a reason. Inaction in response to a request or a commitment is totally unacceptable.
8. CREATIVITY
I value diversity in problem solving and expect creativity solutions to my business and organizational challenges.
9. RESPECT
I am a good corporate citizen that provides an environment where every employee, customer, supplier, shareholder, partner or competitor, is treated with respect. I am firm but fair.
